Ashford and Caynham Joint Meeting - 02 November
Following the meetings in Ashford Carbonell and Caynham to consider the concept boards supplied by Shropshire County Council to elicit feedback on the amalgamated primary school, and the recommendations of Caynham and Ashford Parish Councils, a joint meeting is being held in Ashford Village Hall on Monday 02 November at 5:00pm to receive the feedback.
Norrie Porter has asked that the notice of the meeting below is circulated.
Do come along to this meeting. It will be chaired by Bob Tilt and is intended as an opportunity for residents to air their views. On Wednesday 04 November the Reference Group, which has been joined by Sue Fleetwood will meet with Norrie's team to discuss the project in more detail.

Ludlow Tree of Light
This Christmas the Rotary Club of Ludlow will again be setting up a "Tree of Light" in the town centre. A beautiful 25ft Norwegian Spruce tree, supplied by the Forestry Commission, will be decorated with white lights and situated close to the Castle. If you would like to sponsor a light and personal dedication (£5 a light), email or phone Rotarian Sue Fleetwood. Sponsor forms are also available from the VIC in Castle Square and the Library. Or you can download copies from the Rotary Club website.
The money will be divided equally between Macmillan Cancer Support, Ludlow and District Group Riding for the Disabled, Midlands Air Ambulance and Working Together.
