In 2002, Caynham Village received an award of £5,500 from the Reading
Families Millennium Award to support projects that get families reading and
writing together and to develop communication and computer literacy among
communities.
The award was used to purchase computer equipment, organise
computer training, and to cover the costs of researching the history of
Caynham Village. The results of which can be found in the links below.
